I regularly run CMAs on our rental properties and here is the Zestimate for one of them. I would conservatively say it’s worth $550K, because I know what the inside looks like. Zillow has it priced a little higher based on the data they have access to.

*I would never advise basing your pricing strategy solely on what the Zestimate says, a thorough CMA is always a good idea, but your clients are looking at the Zestimate, so you should be too.
