Denver-based Statebridge Company, a residential mortgage special servicer, hired Brad Young as its director of business development.

In his new role, Young will be responsible for implementing the business development strategy for the continued growth of the company.

He brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage finance/servicing industry, most recently working at firms like GMAC Rescap, Homeward Residential and Castle Peak Capital Advisors.
