Want a free Bentley? Sell this house

Agent who finds buyer for $10 million house gets added bonus

The owner of 16,000-square-foot mansion in Dallas is looking to sell the home fast and they’ve upped the ante for any Realtor or real estate agent who can find a buyer.

Whoever finds a buyer for the nearly $10 million home will not only get his or her commission on the sale, the seller is also throwing in a new a 2015 Bentley at no charge. Just consider it a little cherry on top of your normal compensation.

According to a report from D Magazine in Dallas, the home is built in the style of a French chateau and has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, and sits on a 2.34-acre lot.

But that’s not all. Here are more details on the home from the D Magazine report:

Are you the kind of person who needs formal and informal entertain spaces? This home has it. Love the look and feel of a classic movie theater but don’t want to leave your home? Just walk upstairs. There’s also a fitness and billiard rooms, a two-story office, wine cellar, and a children’s hobbit room (though we aren’t quite sure what that could be). Outside there are fountains, an infinity pool, and a screened-in loggia.

And if you’re able to sell this magnificent property, you’ll get yourself a free Bentley. Not a bad deal, at all.
