Former HUD veteran joins Centennial Mortgage

Reneé Greenman named managing director

The South Bend, Ind., lender Centennial Mortgage appointed U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development veteran Reneé Greenman as managing director.  

In her new role, Greenman will manage the underwriting and processing of loans for multifamily and senior housing and healthcare facilities under various programs insured by HUD and the United States Department of Agriculture.

Before joining Centennial Mortgage, she served as HUD’s Seattle multifamily hub director, where she emphasized the importance of exemplary customer service and preservation of affordable housing.

“Greenman possesses exceptional talent and proven expertise,” said Matthew Kane, president of CMI.

“Having known her for many years and witnessed her tremendous work in the industry first-hand, I have immense respect for her leadership and achievements at HUD,” Kane added.
