PEMCO to launch property management, preservation website

PEMCO-limited.com goes live Aug. 13

Asset management firm PEMCO is launching a website that’s fully devoted to providing property and rental management information, as well as data on real estate preservation.

PEMCO is the preferred asset manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The new site, which is called PEMCO-limited.com, officially goes live on Aug. 13, 2013. PEMCO-limited is part of an extensive rebranding campaign that culminated in the creation of a topic-specific, interactive website for a key part of the servicing industry.

The firm already leverages HUD-PEMCO.com to provide information on HUD properties.

Users, who log onto the new site, will find interactive and informative pages devoted solely to property management and asset preservation.
