I still to this day cannot understand why NOONE actually asks ACTUAL APPRAISERS to speak at these events. AMCS have their own agendas and keep morphing into other entities. Why is it always the AMCS that represent Appraisers instead of the Actual independent appraisers that continue to express the issues they have yet the only ones that get listened to are the AMC
