FirstTeam Real Estate is making its debut in Washington State. The brokerage announced the launch of a new Seattle office on Monday.
The new office will be led by Dori Glass, a former sales manager at Compass, and will be known as FirstTeam Greater Seattle. J. Richard Glass will serve as a broker in the new office. The team he runs with Dori Glass, known as the Six Degrees Team, will operate out of this office.
A California-based brokerage, FirstTeam closed 5,831 transaction sides for $6.03 billion in sales volume in 2024. This earned it the No. 70 and No. 30 nationwide rankings for transaction sides and volume, respectively, according to the 2025 RealTrend Verified Best Brokerage Rankings.

The Six Degrees Team serves communities and clients throughout the Greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Issaquah, Sammamish, Shoreline, Edmonds, Bothell, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

Earlier this year the company expanded into Idaho. The brokerage said it already has Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado expansions already in the pipeline, according to the release. The company currently has over 52 offices and 2,300 agents.
