CoreLogic appoints new SVP of default services

CoreLogic (CLGX) named Kevin Wall senior vice president of default services, the real estate data firm said Monday.

Wall will manage CoreLogic’s operations and product development in default servicing. He joined the company in August 2009 and most recently served as a senior vice president in business and information services.

Bary Sando, group executive for business and information services, said Wall’s prior experience in the financial sector helps him understand the needs of clients.

Wall previously worked in consumer lending and small business banking for Morgan Stanley (MS), Wells Fargo (WFC) and Centex, which was purchased by Pulte Homes (PHM).

That perspective, Sando said in a release, “will enable Kevin to successfully introduce timely, innovative and diverse solutions to meet our clients’ needs.”

Wall replaces Scott Brinkley, who left the company to “pursue other interests,” according to CoreLogic spokesman Jordan Hassin.
