Heavy police presence becomes real estate selling point for Trump tower

Condo listed for $2.1M

Brokers from Douglas Elliman put a positive spin on a condo for sale inside Trump Tower, sending out an email blast that called the building the "best value in the most secure building in New York,” according to an article in The Hollywood Reporter by Peter Kiefer.

The article stated that the listing was for a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo on the 31st floor that is currently for sale for $2.1 million.

From the article:

Ever since President-elect Donald Trump signaled his desire to spend as much time as possible at the 58-story high-rise at 721 Fifth Ave., the building has become a flashpoint in the nation’s political conversation. Since his victory in the Nov. 8 election, Trump and his inner circle have been holding interviews with Cabinet hopefuls and making transition plans in his penthouse suite, while protests and the media have been parked outside on Fifth Avenue.
