Real estate financial services provider Chronos Solutions announced it appointed four industry veterans — Matt Harrick, Darcy Patch, John Macias and Edward Gonzalez — to lead its growing lending services business.
Harrick joins the company as senior vice president, middle markets.
In his new role, the 20-year sales and business development veteran will lead a team of sales executives focused on delivering Chronos Solutions’ credit, tax, title, flood and other lending services to clients in the middle market segment. He will also be tasked with introducing a series of new tools and solutions obtained through the recently completed acquisition of technology provider Cogent Road within the loan origination market.
“I look forward to the opportunity to introduce Chronos’ origination-focused tools and offerings to the industry,” Harrick said. “It’s Chronos’ ability to offer wide-ranging and comprehensive solutions in combination with service levels that compare to those of an elite boutique that make us the new model for real estate finance service providers."
Prior to joining Chronos, Harrick was previously managing director, mortgage sales with Black Knight Data & Analytics, where he oversaw the national sales team and implemented the primary business strategy. Before that, he was director of sales for First American DataTree. Harrick also served as national sales manager for Newport Lending Group.
“We are pleased to have Matt Harrick join our team,” said Matt Slonaker, executive vice president, product and business development for Chronos Solutions.
“We expect significant growth with our lending-related services and our over 600 clients in this sector are constantly seeking the efficiencies and simplicity our products deliver,” Sloanker said.
With more than 20 years of experience, Patch joins the company as vice president, marketing. In her new role she’ll oversee the company’s branding and marketing activities nationwide.
“Darcy brings significant industry experience in our product and service lines to this key role for Chronos,” Slonaker said.
Prior to joining the company, Patch served as vice president, marketing strategy and industry relations for RealtyTrac’s Data and Industry Solutions group. She was senior vice president of marketing, mortgage information services and real estate for Black Knight Financial Services’ predecessor companies, where she held marketing leadership roles within Fidelity National Financial’s family of businesses for 13 years, including ServiceLink, LPS, FIS and Fidelity National Information Solutions. She has also held key marketing positions with CIGNA Flood Services and BioSecur Lab.
As western regional director title and settlement services, Macias will be responsible for the design, optimization and daily operation of title production and fulfillment operations for a multi-state title agency. He has served the title industry since 1989, most recently as director, national sales for First American Mortgage Solutions. Before joining First American, Macias served as strategic business solutions executive with ServiceLink. From 2008 to 2011, he was SVP, national sales for New Vista Community Assets Solutions. He has also held key roles with Ticor Title and New Century Title Company.
Gonzalez joins the company as team captain in the company’s title and settlement services group. There, he will be charged with growing the company’s customer base as well as maintaining relationships with existing title and settlement services clients. Before joining Chronos Solutions, Gonzalez was a sales representative with ServiceLink and Black Knight Financial Services. Over the course of his 30-year career in the title industry, he has held sales and development roles with Fidelity National Title Company, Old Republic Title Insurance Company, Alliance Title Company, United Title Company and Commonwealth Title Company.
