HomeBridge hires two mortgage veterans

Will oversee newest branch location

HomeBridge hired two mortgage industry veterans to oversee its newest location in East Lansing, Michigan.

David Nichols (pictured first) and Kannon Kares (pictured second) join the lender as area manager and sales manager, respectively.

While both Nichols and Kares have mortgage experience across the country, they have spent significant time working at regional financial institutions in the Lansing community.

This new location is only the latest venture from HomeBridge. Back in November, HomeBridge announced it was opening a new office in the Detroit suburb, which was the start of a huge push by the lender to grow in the area.

HomeBridge is licensed in 49 states, in addition to Washington, D.C., and funded nearly $9 billion in 2015 alone.
