Xome, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Nationstar Mortgage Holdings (NSM), unveiled on Thursday its new Xome Pro app, a mobile platform enabling real estate brokers and agents to streamline 14 routine real estate processes.
Through the app, brokers and agents can use their mobile device to integrate and curate leads originating from multiple sources, share listings and schedule tours.
They can also follow market activity, create, negotiate and accept offers, schedule inspections, order title and settlement services, deposit earnest money and complete the closing process.
“We designed Xome Pro to simplify the daily activities of real estate brokers and agents, save them valuable time and help them focus on what matters – their clients,” said Kal Raman, CEO of Xome.
“By enabling brokers and agents to collaborate with clients and complete major steps in the home buying and selling process using their mobile device, Xome Pro puts the power to close a transaction in their hands,” said Raman.
For the third quarter, Xome reported pretax income of $17 million down 39% Q/Q and revenue of $109 million down 11% Q/Q.
Xome, formerly known as Solutionstar, launched back in June 2015 and is an end-to-end digital platform for real estate, connecting every major touch point in the transaction process, from finding a home to closing the deal.
