Greystone adds Raphael Inzlicht as VP of development

Tasked with leading new construction projects in NYC

Greystone, a New York-based real estate development and financial group, added Raphael Inzlicht as the company’s new vice president of development. In this role, Inzlicht will lead new ground-up construction projects in New York’s five boroughs.

Inzlicht joins Greystone from Extell Development, where he’s spent the last seven years. During his time at Extell, Inzlicht served as project manager. While at Extell, he played an integral role on high-profile Manhattan projects such as One57 / Park Hyatt Hotel, Hyatt Times Square, and Cambria Suites in Midtown, Greystone said in release.

“Raphael’s experience with NYC’s Landmarks and 421-A processes will be invaluable to our growing property development team,” said Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone’s property development group. “As we look to tackle new challenges across the five boroughs, I know Raphael’s input and leadership will be integral to Greystone’s success in property development.”

Based in Greystone’s New York headquarters, Inzlicht will report directly to Thomas Ryan, Greystone’s senior vice president of development.
