Zillow will be opening a new office in Lincoln, Neb., to serve as the headquarters of Mortech, a Zillow business that provides software tools to the mortgage industry.

The new office includes 7,200-square-feet of space and will host more than 40 employees, with room for expansion.

"Our employees are quite excited about our new contemporary space, and have been anticipating the move," said Don Kracl, vice president of mortgage tools for Zillow.

"As our team continues to expand and grow, it has become increasingly more important to have state-of-the-art facilities to assist in our developing business and operations," he added.
