With more than three decades of leadership in mortgage lending, Graham A. Fleming, CEO of Finance of America, has been central to the company’s success. In the past year, he spearheaded a major brand consolidation, uniting AAG, FAR, and corporate under one identity. This move brought clarity and alignment across employees, customers, and stakeholders while positioning the company for growth. Fleming also launched A Better Way with FOA, a brand platform designed to shape culture, strengthen customer experience, and increase awareness of home equity solutions for homeowners aged 55 and older.
Fleming has played a critical role in strengthening investor sentiment toward the reverse mortgage market. By broadening the investor base and educating Wall Street stakeholders, he reinforced long-term growth opportunities within the sector. His leadership also drove the development of the industry’s first second lien reverse mortgage product, expanding access to home equity and financial flexibility for older homeowners.
Under his direction, Finance of America recorded its fourth consecutive quarter of volume growth in Q1 2025, up 32% year-over-year. Additional initiatives, including a reverse stock split and bond exchange, optimized fundamentals and improved investor confidence.
