What is one habit you swear by?
I set monthly, quarterly goals and visualize them happening on a daily. In December 2023 I set a goal for each quarter of 2024. I wrote it down and visualized it happening every day. We achieved it. I did the same thing for 2025 and we have hit all those year to date, too. I live by visualizing goals in all areas of my life and many more times than not, it works. Just like a golfer visualizing a great shot before actually taking and making the shot.
