Property valuation and collateral risk management service provider Solidifi on Thursday unveiled the newest version of its collateral risk scorecard. The new loan origination system and underwriting platform, Solidifi Decision, enables lenders and mortgage insurers to manage the collateral policy at an enterprise level. The offering manages the system, from underwriting to portfolio management to collections and recovery.
