ATTOM: Foreclosure activity falls to 13-year low
Jan 18, 2019Foreclosure activity has reached its lowest point since 2005, falling 8% from the previous year, according to ATTOM Data Solutions. Foreclosure filings – which include default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions – were reported on 624,753 properties in 2018, down 78% from their 2010 peak of 2.9 million.
