Today, our guest is the co-founder and executive director of FirstHome IQ, Kristin Messerli. She is also the founder of Cultural Outreach, which is now part of the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA), and is a leading strategist and keynote speaker on the topic of next-gen housing and the psychology of money.
