My guest on this episode is Brandon Lwowski, Senior Director of Research at HouseCanary. Brandon’s work at HouseCanary, and much of his career, has focused on artificial intelligence and how to design models with fairness in mind. He even has a PhD in AI from UT San Antonio, so I can’t think of a better guest for a conversation on AI’s impact in the housing market.
