Payment Policy
Payment must be received in full before registrants will be granted access to the conference. Forms of payment accepted:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Registration Terms
Registrations are accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first-served basis. Admittance to any HousingWire events will be at the discretion of the HousingWire team. We reserve the right to limit attendance to our event or remove any attendee or sponsor from our events for any reason.
- Registration for The Gathering does not include hotel, travel, or activities other than those specified in the event details.
- Registration for The Gathering provides you complimentary access to the related virtual event. If you cancel you are still eligible for complimentary access to the virtual event.
- All attendees must register for our event by using our registration systems. Paid registrations are tied to individual attendees, not companies. Sponsor company’s registrations are tied to the company’s participation, not individually. Sponsoring companies must register employees and guests using their sponsor code. Registration for speakers is complimentary.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
All tickets purchased for The Gathering 2024 are non refundable. We do not accept cancellation requests. If you can no longer attend, we accept ticket transfers up until the event start date on April 21, 2024.

Name changes/substitutions for registered attendees can be done by emailing events@hwmedia.com
Registration Terms
Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact events@hwmedia.com.
Consent Clause
Registration, attendance at or participation in The Gathering meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or participant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such activities by HousingWire
By registering for The Gathering, you agree that we may provide your registration information to our sponsors or partners who helped make this conference possible and that they may contact you with offers that may be of interest to you. Neither The Gathering or HW Media LLC sell registrations information to third parties.
By registering, you agree to accept communications from Gathering of Eagles/HW Media LLC. These notifications may include emails, text messages and push notifications.
