It aims to offer local homebuyers and sellers with service for their real estate needs through its sales and marketing programs, technology infrastructure and a staff of experienced brokers. In 2021, @properties acquired Christie’s International Real Estate, a New York City-based brokerage.

Originally founded in 2000, @properties is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
