RentSpree has also added functionality such as its “Payments” product, allowing landlords and renters to use the platform to securely exchange one-time and rent payments. “Credit Builder” automatically reports renters’ on-time payments to credit bureaus to boost their credit score.

RentSpree’s mission is to support the rental market segment in an effort to simplify the process for all involved. RentSpree’s platform reached 3 million users at the end of 2024 in just one year. For context: It took nearly six years to hit the first million users, and the second million took less than two years.
