NAA: Multifamily parking ratios lowest since 1960s
Aug 16, 2018Parking ratios for multifamily properties are falling in most metros thanks to urbanization and changing attitudes toward car ownership. According to a study from the National Apartment Association, over the last decade, the average parking ratio per unit dropped to 1.46, the lowest it has been since the 1960s.
