M&A success isn’t luck—it’s strategy: M&A integration management (pt. 2)
Mar 26, 2025Last week was the ICE Experience Conference in Las Vegas. Walking the exhibit hall, I was goaded by a vendor to spin the roulette wheel for a chance to win a pair of Ray Bans. Alright, 36:1 odds aren’t great. A minute into the wheel spinning, the vendor offered me to re-spin, I didn’t. Eventually, he said “you can blow on it for luck if you want to” and I did. And it was so slow that doing so actually mattered. The ball finally dropped on six. Luck was on my side. No need to pick something up for my husband in the gift shop this trip, he’s getting Ray Bans.
