Helene Raynaud is Senior Vice President of Housing Initiatives at Money Management International (MMI), a national nonprofit delivering financial counseling, housing education, and debt management support. Prior to joining MMI, Helene was the President and CEO of CCCSMD, a regional credit and housing counseling agency headquartered in Maryland. Helene previously worked at the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and Fannie Mae. She serves on HUD's Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee and the Colorado Attorney General’s Financial Empowerment Council. She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Consumer Affairs Advisory Council and recently served as board chair of Economic Action Maryland (formerly the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition), the only Maryland-based organization solely focused on improving the financial rights of working families.
