Ashley Harwood began her real estate career in 2013 and built a six-figure business as a solo agent before launching Move Over Extroverts, her coaching company for introverted agents, in 2018. She is a national speaker, trainer, and author. Ashley has been named a top real estate coach by prominent industry publications and serves on multiple committees for her local board of REALTORS. Ashley grew up in Michigan and resides in the Boston area.
