Baird & Warner’s presence in the Chicagoland area is getting even stronger. A little over a month after it announced its acquisition of Dream Town, Baird & Warner announced that top-performing luxury real estate team, Team Fallico, was joining the brokerage.
Team Fallico, which is led by father-son duo Craig and Nick Fallico, is based in Park Ridge, Illinois.
“Our move to Baird & Warner allows us to keep delivering unmatched hyperlocal knowledge and highly personalized service to our clients with the support of an independent, locally owned company that not only shares in our values but also brings incredible brand recognition, lead generation and technology,” Craig Fallico said in a statement.
According to data from Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), Team Fallico sold the most homes priced at $1 million and up in Park Ridge in 2024 and it is the No. 1 independent team in Park Ridge by both units and sales volume from 2019 to 2024. The team feels that the move to Baird & Warner will only heighten this performance as they will now have access to Baird & Warner’s luxury network affiliate.

The Fallicos have a long history in real estate, dating back to the late 1960s when Al Fallico co-owned the original Red Carpet Realty, before launching Fallico Real Estate in the early 1970s. Craig Fallico’s son Nick Fallico joined the team in 2012.
Baird & Warner is ranked No. 13 in the Top Private Independents in the 2025 RealTrends Verified top brokerage rankings. The firm is also ranked No. 1 among independent firms in Illinois by sales volume and No. 2 by transaction sides. Founded in 1855, it is the region’s oldest family-owned brokerage.
