Top-producing Washington, D.C. metro area-based team, The Sky Group is joining SERHANT.
In an announcement on Tuesday, SERHANT. said the addition is part of the firm’s recent expansion into the D.C. metro area, which began in July. SERHANT.’s D.C. region is led by principal broker Maryanne Moyers.
The Sky Group is led by managing partners Anna Mackler and Barak Sky and was previously brokered by Long & Foster. Sky has 17 years of industry experience, while Mackler has over 10 years.

The 13-person sales team, which serves clients in D.C., Maryland and Virginia, has closed over $3 billion in sales volume. In 2024, the team closed 176.1 transaction sides, recording $149.09 million in sales volume, earning it the No. 2 rank in Maryland among medium-sized teams according to the 2025 RealTrends Verified rankings.
RealTrends data shows that between 2023 and 2024, SERHANT. has leveraged the popularity of its Netflix show Owning Manhattan to grow its transaction side count by 135.7%.
Last month, SERHANT. announced that Deborah Hauser was joining the management, serving as the firm’s new regional managing director for New York and Connecticut.
