Supreme Lending on Tuesday announced the launch of HOMESÍ by Supreme Lending, a new division dedicated to advancing Latino homeownership.
Short for Home + Sí, HOMESÍ reflects the company’s promise to say “yes” to more families through responsible lending, financial education and mentorship, powered by Supreme Lending’s national scale.
HOMESÍ stands for:
- Hope: Inspiring belief in homeownership.
- Opportunity: Pathways for qualified borrowers.
- Mortgage: Transparent, responsible lending.
- Education: Mentorship and credit readiness.
- Supreme: Backed by Supreme Lending’s scale and expertise.
- Inclusion: Bilingual, culturally fluent support.
“Latino families are a driving force in the future of homeownership, especially here in Texas,
where nearly 40% of the population is Hispanic or Latino. This has been a personal priority of
mine for more than 26 years,” said Scott Everett, president and CEO of Supreme Lending. “With HOMESÍ, we are setting a clear goal to triple our lending to Latino families by 2026, and to do it the right way.”
Everett continued, “The data says it all. In the decade before 2020, Latinos made up more than half of U.S. net homeownership growth, and in 2024, they led the nation again with about 238,000 new homeowners. HOMESÍ is how we meet that momentum with action and with respect. We are saying yes to the community that is shaping the future of housing in Texas and across the country.”
A press release from the company shared that HOMESÍ will make its public debut during the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) at AVANCE Global 2025, which is set to happen on September 18–21 in San Diego, with Supreme Lending leaders and branch managers on site.
Sarah Middleton, chief growth & marketing officer at Supreme Lending, said that HOMESÍ “blends national resources with local cultural fluency to meet families where it matters most.”
“At HOMESÍ, our mission is to make Latinos’ path to HOMEownership truly SÍmplified,” said
Jaime Espinosa, director of marketing for HOMESÍ. “It’s about saying sí — sí to families, sí to
opportunity, and sí to financial wellness. By 2040, Latinos are projected to represent 70% of
all new homeowners in the U.S., and HOMESÍ was built to help lead that future.
