Independent real estate brokerage Nest Realty has officially integrated Rechat into its core technology systems.

The decision follows internal evaluations and agent feedback that revealed Nest Realty was devoting significant time and resources to maintaining its own suite of tools — including a proprietary CRM, email marketing system and campaign manager.

Leadership said the company opted to partner with Rechat to consolidate operations under a single, mobile-accessible platform.

“We realized we needed a tech partner innovating on our behalf, one that could handle today’s needs while building toward the future of AI,” Jonathan Kauffmann, CEO of Nest Realty, said in a statement. “We were spending too many resources on building and maintaining technology ourselves, and it was time to redirect those efforts toward direct agent support. Rechat gave us that opportunity.”

Rechat’s system will now serve as the main operational hub for Nest agents. It will replace legacy tools with integrated access to lead and client management, marketing automation, deal tracking and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven assistance — all available through its mobile-first app.

“Rechat stood out immediately. It’s incredibly powerful,” said Jim Duncan, partner and associate broker at Nest Realty. “They worked to integrate our existing marketing systems while upgrading everything else.”

The integration allows Nest agents to access business-critical features directly from their phones via Rechat’s suite of tools — including the People Center, Marketing Center, Deals, AI Assistant and internal communications.

According to Rechat, the partnership with Nest reflects a broader trend of brokerages seeking scalable, AI-ready platforms that minimize operational drag and enhance agent productivity.

“Nest Realty has built one of the most thoughtful and technologically forward-thinking brokerages in the country,” said Emil Sedgh, chief technology officer at Rechat. “Their approach to technology mirrors our own, focused on simplicity, scalability, and empowering agents to grow their business. We’re proud to be their technology partner.”

The partnership also marks a strategic shift for Nest — which had historically developed much of its software in-house.

“Nest Realty is one of the most respected brands in real estate, and it’s an honor to partner with them,” said Audie Chamberlain, head of strategic growth and communications at Rechat. “If you look on review sites like G2 or Google, you’ll see agents consistently call Rechat a game changer for their business and that’s exactly what it is for enterprise brokerages and top-producing agents like Nest.”
