Real estate technology firm Rechat has officially launched Lucy — an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered agent assistant designed to streamline daily workflows for brokerages and real estate professionals.
Available for iPhone and Android devices, Lucy is part of Rechat’s broader AI-integrated platform, which has been in beta testing since 2023.
The tool functions as a fully embedded digital assistant, supporting agents with client communications, transaction management and marketing efforts. Integrated directly with contacts, listing data, deal pipelines and brand materials, Lucy is positioned as a key feature in Rechat’s enterprise-level “super app” for real estate professionals.
“Lucy brings everything together; MLS data, brand guidelines, agent preferences and delivers real results: marketing, websites, presentations, and proactive campaigns,” Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat, said in a statement. “What used to take days now happens in seconds.”
Among its capabilities, Lucy powers Rechat’s AI Marketing Center, which allows agents to produce social media posts, email campaigns, comparative market analyses, property descriptions and listing websites with minimal manual input.
In transaction management, Lucy reads and interprets real estate forms, offering context-sensitive guidance to agents. This feature is intended to reduce errors and streamline deal progression.
“Lucy is giving each agent an extremely tech savvy assistant available to them 24/7,” said Emil Sedgh, Rechat’s chief technology officer. “This will help boost productivity for agents, and allow their admins and support more time to focus on other areas of their business.”
According to Rechat, Lucy saw a 114% increase in usage from May to June 2025. The company said the AI assistant is already integrated with agents’ customer relationship management (CRM) data, market reports and brokerage documentation — providing a comprehensive support layer within agents’ daily workflows.
“AI has been promising to change real estate for years and Lucy is delivering on that promise,” said Audie Chamberlain, head of strategic growth and communications at Rechat. “This is what brokers and agents have been waiting for: a proactive, voice-powered, task-completing AI Agent that actually delivers — creating for you, not just responding to you.”
Rechat’s client base includes brokerages such as Aperture, Nest Realty and Michael Saunders & Co.
According to the company, these firms have experienced CRM adoption rates of more than 75% and platform satisfaction above 95%, with Lucy playing a central role in the results.
