Co-owned luxury home marketplace operator Pacaso has appointed David Kallery as president and a member of its executive leadership team.
Kallery will lead Pacaso’s go-to-market strategy and oversee operations as the company looks to expand in U.S. and international luxury and vacation-home markets.
“David is a category-defining operator with a proven record of building durable, high-performing teams in hospitality and membership businesses,” said Austin Allison, Pacaso’s co-founder and CEO. “His experience leading complex, global organizations maps directly to Pacaso’s next chapter.”
Kallery most recently served as president and chief operating officer at luxury hospitality and travel club Inspirato — where he spent more than a decade overseeing operations and growth and also sat on the company’s board of directors.
Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Exclusive Resorts, including chief operating officer and senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Earlier in his career, he was vice president of product and operations at Visa and spent 15 years at UPS in strategic and operational roles.
“I’m honored to join Pacaso at such a dynamic moment for the company and the category,” Kallery said. “Pacaso has reimagined second-home ownership by pairing beautiful homes with professional management and a seamless, tech-forward experience.
“I’m excited to work with Austin and the team to unlock the next wave of growth and deliver even more value for our owners.”
