New American Funding (NAF) announced Monday that Pat Bolan, the company’s chief production officer, has promoted Tony Blodgett to lead retail business for the western U.S. and Andy Pettola to lead retail for the eastern U.S.
Both will report to Bolan, who remains as head of NAF’s retail and reverse mortgage businesses.
Under Bolan’s leadership, Blodgett and Pettola will manage more than 270 branches and a retail sales team of nearly 1,400 loan officers and branch managers.
“Tony and Andy have consistently demonstrated a forward-thinking approach to growth, driving NAF’s expansion and significantly increasing our market share over the past
few years,” Bolan said in a statement. “Their leadership and strategic vision have been crucial to our success, and I have every confidence that they will continue to propel our growth, further solidifying NAF’s position as a leader in the retail mortgage landscape.”
Blodgett will continue managing the company’s North Midwest division. Milt Karavites, divisional executive vice president for the Mountain and South divisions, will now report directly to him.
Pettola will remain as the leader of the Northeast and Southeast divisions. Elly Cummings, divisional executive vice president for the Great Lakes, Florida and Puerto Rico, will now report directly to him.
Additionally, divisional executive vice presidents Tom Boyd and Russell Calvert, will continue to co-lead the Texas division under Pettola’s leadership.
A press release from NAF said that Blodgett and Pettola will help NAF’s retail sales team to develop sales strategies and recruit high-performing loan officers.
