MSI Reverse Names Dave Cesario VP of Reverse Mortgage Lending

As MSI Reverse looks to continue its expansion along the west coast, the Bloomington, Illinois-based lender announced it has promoted David Cesario to vice president of reverse mortgage lending.

With over 16 years of reverse mortgage lending experience, including serving as regional sales leader at MetLife Bank, Cesario formerly served as national sales production manager for MSI Reverse, a division of Mortgage Services III, LLC.

MSI Reverse has developed a recognized reputation for its personal in-depth consultation with its customers, family members, and advisors towards determining the best interest and use of a reverse mortgage in sustaining lifestyles and financial health through their senior years, stated MSI President Bob Swords in a release.

“Dave has played a valued role in fostering that ethos through the selective staffing and advisement of its reverse mortgage specialists,” Swords added. “We are confident that through his extensive experience and expertise, he will continue to build upon those traditions in his new role.”

A top-40 reverse mortgage lender, according to the most recent Reverse Market Insight HECM Lenders rankings, MSI Reverse continues to grow its platform with the addition of new loan originators in Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

“The MSI platform offers the most flexibility in the industry for our loan originators to close more loans,” stated Cesario. “With a bank lending platform and multiple secondary market relationships, if a reverse mortgage can be done then MSI Reverse can do it.”

The company continues to seek experienced originators in the 40 states in which it is licensed to lend.
