MoxiWorks launches new referral program

The end-to-end program will usher referrals from origination to introduction

Real estate technology firm MoxiWorks announced its new referral system for MoxiEngage CRM: Intros.

Intros is the company’s new way to approach leads, which creates an end-to-end referral generation and management system.

Intros will take leads that have been generated on brokerage websites, purchased from a lead provider, generated by MoxiWorks partners or taken from existing databases that need to be revisited.

The leads are then qualified and nurtured by a real human until they are ready for an introduction to a real estate agent.

After the personal introductions are made between the agent and the future client, Intros routes the referrals directly into the agent’s MoxiEngage CRM account for follow-up.

This isn’t the first real estate tech company to create a smoother end-to-end process. In July, real estate technology company Reali announced a second generation of its app, supporting an end-to-end journey for homebuyers by aiding homebuyers, giving insight to real estate agents and helping them efficiently complete their work on behalf of their clients with the help of technology and back-end proprietary software.

In August, J.D. Power released a survey revealing that customers were less than satisfied with servicers’ customer service.

In the survey, consumers emphasized the lack of digital offerings by their servicers and were confused, angry or irritated when their loan was transferred, and it seems their servicers don’t do enough to alleviate the stress.

“It’s no secret that, as T3 Sixty estimates, lead conversion rate sits 1% in our industry,” MoxiWorks CEO York Baur said in a release. “However, when leads are processed carefully, and relationships are cultivated through nurturing them, conversion rates rise and brokerages can expect much happier agents, a better consumer experience, and more closed transactions.”

MoxiWorks will charge a referral fee only when the transaction actually occurs to ensure high-quality introductions, with no minimum lead requirement.

“Leads need love,” Treves Hokama, MoxiWorks vice president of strategic initiatives, said in a release. “Cold internet leads require an agent to contact, qualify, and nurture many leads to discover one customer.”

“Intros accomplishes this,” Hokama said. “We provide high-activity agents with personal introductions to people who are ready to work with a real estate professional. This will transform an agent’s day, focusing more on people and less on prospecting.”

MoxiWorks is a comprehensive open platform system for large residential real estate brokerages that serves over 80 brokerages and 130,000 agents nationwide that account for more than 13% of the transactions in the U.S.

Lower mortgage rates attracting more homebuyers

An often misguided premise I see on social media is that lower mortgage rates are doing nothing for housing demand. That’s ok — very few people are looking at the data without an agenda. However, the point of this tracker is to show you evidence that lower rates have already changed housing data. So, let’s […]
