Movement Mortgage announced on Tuesday that Jeffrey Rose is taking on the role of Regional Director for California and Nevada. In his new role, Rose will lead growth efforts, support market expansion and serve loan officers across both states.

Rose brings over 20 years of leadership experience in mortgage and real estate finance, having founded and led three mortgage firms and two marketing companies focused on consumer engagement in the mortgage space since his 2002 entry into the industry

In 2012, Rose joined Bank of America and led the Orange County market to become one of the highest-producing in the country. He was later tasked with rebuilding the Los Angeles market, assembling high-performing teams and instilling a culture of accountability and support.

After nearly a decade with Bank of America, he moved into mortgage banking in 2021, serving as an area manager for loanDepot.

“For years I searched for something more than just being a great advisor to clients,” says Rose. “It wasn’t until I visited Movement’s corporate office and met with the leadership team that it clicked. I didn’t even realize what I was missing until I saw it up close. Everyone is searching for their ‘why.’ For me, Movement allows that ‘why’ to be both deeply personal and shared. It’s a place where I can lead with purpose, showcase my love for people, and be part of something larger than any one of us.”

As regional director, Rose is tasked with expanding Movement’s presence across California and Nevada, recruiting top talent and developing new market strategies.

“Jeff brings a rare combination of experience, vision, and heart,” commented Brady Yeager, Movement’s national sales director. “He’s spent his career building up loan officers personally and professionally, not just focusing on loan volume, and that’s exactly the kind of impact we’re excited to see in California and Nevada.”
