Screen shot 2010-02-26 at 12.46.30 PM.pngMetLife Bank, N.A. has announced that David Cesario has joined MetLife Bank as Assistant Vice President and Regional Sales Director for retail reverse mortgage lending, overseeing the company’s Central Region.

“I am excited to have Dave join the MetLife Bank family, to help us manage the growing number of Reverse Mortgage Consultants who will be joining our newly-configured Central Region as part of MetLife Bank’s reverse mortgage team,” said Eric P. Declercq, vice president of MetLife Bank.

“Reverse mortgages can enable many Americans to live comfortably in their homes during their retirement years. However, it takes an individual with a great deal of specialized knowledge to help people make the best, most informed decisions. Dave has these qualities, and makes an excellent addition.”

Prior to joining MetLife Bank, Cesario worked as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 1st Reverse Financial Services, LLC. Cesario graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Marketing degree, is a Past-President of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals (IAMP) and a Founding Member of the IAMP’s Education Foundation.

MetLife has endorsed 418 HECM in 2010 according to data from RM Insight.
