Landmark Network Expands East Coast Presence with New Acquisition

Landmark Network, Inc., has completed the acquisition of AppraisalPro, a national appraisal management company founded in 1988, formerly known as Seven Day Appraisal Services.

New orders will begin to be processed under the Landmark umbrella immediately and Landmark will be taking over the entire operation of AppraisalPro. The management team of AppraisalPro, however, will continue to operate from their location in North Carolina but will be under the Landmark Network brand.

“We are excited to bring the AppraisalPro operation into the fold at Landmark Network,” Erik Richard, CEO of Landmark, said in a press release. “Along with our Maine operation center, this adds to our existing presence on the east coast, and will allow us to expand our national coverage and strengthen our appraiser panel in key states in order to continue to better serve our clients.”

AppraisalPro has been offering many valuation services dedicated to helping mortgage professionals and the banking community, as a whole. The company changed its name in 2006 when it stepped into the role of a regional valuation services provider.

Since then, AppraisalPro has developed the tools to help mortgage professionals maximize their productivity.

As a result of the acquisition, existing clients of AppraisalPro will be able to take advantage of Landmark’s proprietary software, Landscape, in order to place and track their valuation orders. Existing clients should not experience any delays as a result of the changes.

“I am grateful to have had the opportunity to grow my company’s reputation into what it is today,” Jared Bonner, AppraisalPro CEO, said in a press release. “With the many changes, added regulations and compliance costs, we feel our clients will be best served with us joining a larger, established company with the same priorities and values.”

However, the point of this tracker is to show you evidence that lower rates have already changed housing data. So, let’s […]
