Insellerate, a software and technology company that offers a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for the residential mortgage, debt settlement, insurance and tax industries, announced on Thursday that Christopher Meerschaert has been appointed as its new director of customer service.

With more than two decades of experience — including leadership roles at Citi, Growth Works Ventures and Quicken Loans — Meerschaert will oversee Insellerate’s customer success operations and assist financial institutions with Aithena, the company’s AI platform.

“Christopher’s deep expertise in client experience, CRM strategy, and performance optimization makes him a natural fit for Insellerate as we scale our AI solutions and double down on delivering transformative value to our customers,” said Josh Friend, CEO of Insellerate. “He understands what today’s lenders need and how to help them succeed — especially in an AI-driven future.”

Before joining Insellerate, Meerschaert served as senior vice president of lead strategy and business execution at Citi, where he led national sales initiatives and built programs with the purpose of driving customer engagement and revenue performance.

“Insellerate’s mission of empowering lenders through intelligent, real-time insights is something I’m deeply passionate about,” Meerschaert said. “In today’s market, it’s not enough to just have tools — you need a partner that helps you drive outcomes. I’m thrilled to help our customers not only adopt Insellerate’s technology but thrive with it.”
