Fathom Holdings is upping its agent training and coaching game by welcoming J’aime Nowak to its team.
Nowak is a leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and business strategist.
At Fathom, Nowak will be tasked with guiding the evolution of Fathom Elevate’s coaching and training initiatives, as well as supporting the brokerage’s agents nationwide. Over time, the company said she will play a large role in shaping Fathom’s coaching systems from onboarding and leadership development to agent training.

Nowak has over three decades of experience in corporate leadership and team development, as well as entrepreneurship. In addition, she is the author of Unleash Your CEO Mama, a guide to help professionals and especially women, navigate their careers and lives with clarity and purpose. She has coached and trained over 250,000 professionals.
