SERHANT. is strengthening its leadership team in the key markets of New York and Connecticut. The brokerage announced the appointment of Deborah Hauser as its new regional managing director for the two states on Monday. Hauser joins SERHANT. from Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty.
In this role, Hauser will oversee brokerage operations throughout the two states, focusing on agent development, market expansion and operational performance.

Hauser, a 2024 Vanguard, began her career as a sales associate at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, where she eventually becoming the firm’s chief operating officer. She most recently served as the chief operating officer at Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty. Hauser also has experience in the residential brokerage start-up world, moving to Boston in 2021 to build the firm’s presence in Cambridge and Boston.

The brokerage posted sizable growth this spring, added top agents and teams in Florida, New Jersey and Phoenix.
