Best Rate Referrals Expects Acquisition to Boost Reverse Mortgage Lead Generation

Best Rate Referrals, the mortgage marketing firm that offers lead generation solutions to the reverse mortgage industry, has been acquired by Digital Media Solutions (DMS), an end-to-end solutions provider for brands focused on customer acquisition and retention.

This change will support the Best Rate Referrals lead generations growth goals for the reverse mortgage industry.

“We anticipate the volume of reverse mortgage leads we are currently generating will grow 50-100% over the next six to nine months,” says Raymond Bartreau, CEO and founder of Best Rate Referrals. “In the past we generated approximately 150 reverse mortgage leads per day, and we expect this to grow to 250 or more per day in the future.”

Best Rate Referrals is headquartered in Las Vegas, but will relocate to the DMS office in Clearwater, Fla.

The call center at the new location will be double the size of the current call center with additional growth planned, contributing to the expansion of the company’s reverse mortgage focus. The expanded team will also support the company’s FHA and VA mortgage focuses.

“Joining the DMS team marks the transition of Best Rate Referrals into our next chapter,” Bartreau said in a press release. “Now we can scale our services to enhance the marketing performance of our mortgage industry clients.”

Before DMS acquired Best Rate Referrals, its portfolio included consumer finance and lead generation brands. The addition of Best Rate Referrals into its family of companies allows DMS to better support the mortgage industry.

Simultaneously, the broad DMS client base will increase awareness of the Best Rate Referrals brand and services outside of its current client base.

“We strive to be the best partner for marketers focused on customer acquisition and retention,” said Joe Marinucci, CEO of DMS, in a press release. “To do that, we need to offer end-to-end solutions across all top verticals. Best Rate Referrals is one more piece of the puzzle.”

DMS did not disclose the purchase price of the acquisition.
