AllRegs and Motivity Solutions entered into a partnership to collaborate on the development of new mortgage product information tools. The partnership will use Motivity’s platform for data manipulation to create new ways for users to access and use AllRegs document and data services. Eagan, Minn.-based AllRegs is the developer of AllRegs Online an information subscription service used by lenders and government agencies to access single and multifamily underwriting and insurance guidelines, federal and state compliance laws and regulations, as well as plain-language analysis, contract publishing services and training resources. “We are very excited to develop solutions with a company as innovative as Motivity,” said AllRegs senior vice president Dan Thoms. “Motivity’s platform, Movation, is a perfect match for AllRegs’ underwriting guideline content, and we expect to merge the two together in the near future.” Movation is Denver-based Motivity’s business management platform used by mortgage companies to streamline processes and provide access to various loan data, including performance indicators, scorecards, dashboards and on-demand reporting. “Partnering with an industry leading content provider to create products that are innovative and relevant is exciting for Motivity Solutions,” said Gabe Minton, chief strategy officer for Motivity Solutions. “The ability to combine our award-winning business intelligence tools with the industry’s pre-eminent content library will create tremendous value for mortgage companies and continues to drive our mission to take the industry to the next level,” continued Minton.
