In 2014, Anthony was hired by Finance of America Reverse to implement a new origination system that aimed to improve the company’s productivity and profitability. In 2016, she was recognized for her success and promoted to the position of chief operating officer. Anthony has since been pivotal in the company’s overall success, and now leads a team of more than 100 people. Her day-to-day includes managing the pipelines between sales and operations while working to make sure the company’s software meets and exceeds the needs of her colleagues and clients.
