No matter how well you're doing, your business needs more business. And we have designed the engage.marketing summit to equip you to do exactly that: Get More. That’s why we’ve invited Nick Hedges, senior vice president of consumer strategy at Ellie Mae, to speak on Leveraging Marketing Automation and Lead Generation to Grow Your Business.
Does he know what he's talking about? I'll let you decide.
When Nick served as the CEO and president of Velocify, he took the company from less than $10 million in revenue to more than $50 million in his seven years there. He oversaw bringing multiple new products to market, including an industry-changing telephony capability that quickly became more than 25% of Velocify's revenues and a Salesforce App that grew from nothing to $5 million in under two years.
That's pretty solid street cred.
At Velocify Nick created one of the best performing sales and marketing organizations in the SaaS industry and built an extraordinary management team and company culture, winning many "Best Place to Work" awards, including Glassdoor's Top 50 Places to Work in the US.
Since Ellie Mae bought Velocify in 2017, Nick has led product strategy at Ellie Mae, focusing on driving the aspects of the company’s portfolio that either touch consumers directly or that empower its customers’ sales people to provide a delightful consumer buying experience.
Previously, Nick worked at Bain & Company as a case team leader. His education includes earning an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and graduating with honors from the University of Manchester in Geography.
