As new product development manager at IDS, Beckie Santos oversees IDS’ NPD teams while also working closely with development, operations and compliance to help shape software solutions at the Salt Lake City-based fintech firm. In the past year, Santos was promoted from within the company to head this recently created and highly important department for her ability to orchestrate project breakthroughs in complex, multi-team engineering operations.
Most recently, Santos oversaw the design, development and release of IDS’s Hybrid eClosing solution. She and her team served as a liaison between IDS’s development, operations and compliance teams to ensure the solution met both regulatory requirements and customer needs and to deliver a frictionless roll-out of the new functionality within idsDoc.
Santos’ leadership is expediting digital mortgage innovation. She recognizes that eSignatures are a critical first step in the eMortgage process and has led IDS’ charge to expand the settings and capabilities of its eSign room within its flagship idsDoc mortgage doc prep platform. Santos’ focus at IDS has always been to bridge the gap between compliance, software requirements and system design. Bringing these three elements into harmony elevates the customer experience.
