As the leader and champion for product innovation at Carrington, Rosanne Mallett is responsible for the company’s next-gen, digital mortgage and real estate technology platform. She leads strategy, product roadmap and integration between the real estate, mortgage and title lines.
Over the past year, Mallett forged a partnership with Approved to implement a digital mortgage application integrated into the Connects platform, making it easier for customers to upload documents and start loan transactions online. She also increased operational efficiency through the recent integration of a CRM system for loan officers, processors and Connects Home Specialists. Processes that took 20 minutes with the previous solution were reduced to mere seconds.
During her five-year tenure at Carrington, Mallett has overseen a wide range of digital initiatives, including launching the Carrington Connects website. The website’s updated customer experience has grown lead conversion, organic traffic and engagement. Other contributions to the company include overseeing complex integrations with industry-leading loan origination and customer management systems.
