2018 Women of Influence: Meg Guard

Vice President of Account Management at LoanLogics

Meg Guard

LoanLogics is helping mortgage companies tackle record-high loan origination costs and meet investor scrutiny by leveraging automation and artificial intelligence.

Few people are doing more to lead this revolution than Guard, who has been responsible for helping dozens of lenders adopt a safer way to manufacture loans.

Guard evangelizes and inspires lenders in an industry long known for resisting change. Under Guard’s leadership, LoanLogics centralized its support services and developed metrics and reporting tools that improved all client relationships.

Guard personally consults with her clients to understand their business challenges and strategies and identifies the best way to dramatically streamline their work. She also mentors co-workers, helping them expand their capabilities and reach their career goals.

Guard has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining LoanLogics, she was a director and program manager of internal operations for Ascensus.

Guard also served as a project manager for Epicor, where she led the design and deployment of the company’s new Learning Management System, which generated more than $1 million in revenue.
