Appraisal management company Dwellworks has hired Norm Koenig as its director of business development.
Koenig will work alongside Tim Evanko, the company’s vice president of residential services. Koenig brings extensive experience and industry knowledge to the AMC, which provides services to lenders and relocation companies.
“We are excited to add Norm to the Dwellworks team,” said Evanko. “His experience in the adjacent channels to appraisal, combined with his strong appraisal quality and technology orientation, are key attributes that will deliver great value to our customers.”
Before joining Dwellworks, Koenig served as senior vice president of sales at Platinum Data Solutions, where he drove a five-fold increase in the number of RealView reports and helped position Platinum for its August 2016 acquisition by Mercury Network, one of the nation’s largest AMC software solutions.
Koenig has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage technology field and previously held positions with DocMagic, where he was director of sales operations, and eLynx, where he served as regional sales manager. He has also worked with loan origination system providers, consulting services, and others.
